How long does delivery take?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing time:
Between 24 and 72 hours after you place your order, it will be checked, approved and packaged. Your parcel will then be prepared for transport.

Delivery time:
Australia: 8-14 working days
Shipping is via NordPost (Norway), Sweden (DHL)
All shipping times are exclusive of possible customs delays. Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer our customers worldwide free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage to the parcel.

WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the shipment may be sent in several partial shipments.
